Mix Pack (8): Arturo Fuente Destino al Siglo Amor (3) + Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Personal Reserve Natural (5)

A curated pair of two of the most personal cigars in the entire Fuente portfolio — Carlito Fuente Jr.’s limited anniversary Robusto Extra from the century-anniversary trilogy alongside Don Carlos Sr.’s own private daily blend, released to the public to mark his 80th birthday. Two cigars, two generations, two deeply personal statements from the Fuente family’s blending history.

The pack contains three Arturo Fuente Destino al Siglo Amor, a medium-to-full Robusto Extra from the limited anniversary series Carlito Fuente Jr. blended to mark the Fuente family’s 100th year in 2012 — an Ecuadorian Sun Grown Habano wrapper over Dominican binder and long-fillers drawn from carefully aged reserves, delivering cedar, black pepper, dark cocoa, espresso, roasted nuts and a subtle sweetness. Alongside them, five Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Personal Reserve, a medium-to-full Robusto Don Carlos Sr. kept for himself for decades before the family finally released it to mark his 80th birthday — an aged African Cameroon wrapper over Dominican binder and vintage Dominican long-fillers from Fuente’s own estate farms (aged up to 10 years), delivering vanilla, cedar, pepper, caramel, cocoa and a soft natural sweetness that only this much time in the barn can produce.

Presented as a curated pack of 8 cigars — 3 Destino al Siglo Amor and 5 Don Carlos Personal Reserve.

Ideal with an aged rum or a smooth cognac for the Destino al Siglo, and a bourbon or a vintage port for the Don Carlos — the pack works equally well as a serious evening pairing or as a proper vertical through two generations of Fuente blending at its most personal.
