Mix Pack (8): Arturo Fuente Destino al Siglo Amor (3) + Davidoff Aniversario Special T (5)

A curated pair of two deeply symbolic Dominican-made cigars — Fuente’s limited-edition Robusto Extra from the century-anniversary trilogy alongside Davidoff’s refined Torpedo from the line that marked Zino Davidoff’s own eightieth birthday. Both cigars built around moments the family wanted to remember, both from the two most collected names in Dominican tobacco.

The pack contains three Arturo Fuente Destino al Siglo Amor, a medium-to-full Robusto Extra from the limited anniversary series Carlos “Carlito” Fuente Jr. blended to mark the Fuente family’s 100th year in 2012 — an Ecuadorian Sun Grown Habano wrapper over Dominican binder and long-fillers drawn from carefully aged reserves, delivering cedar, black pepper, dark cocoa, espresso, roasted nuts and a subtle sweetness. Alongside them, five Davidoff Aniversario Special T, a mild-to-medium Torpedo from the line Davidoff launched in 1986 to mark Zino Davidoff’s 80th birthday — an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over Dominican binder and long-fillers, the tapered head letting the smoker control the draw and evolve the experience: creamy cedar and herbal notes up front, roasted nuts, citrus and fresh spice through the middle, walnut and cedar wood on the finish.

Presented as a curated pack of 8 cigars — 3 Destino al Siglo Amor and 5 Aniversario Special T.

Ideal with an aged rum or a barrel-strength bourbon for the Destino al Siglo, and a vintage champagne or a smooth cognac for the Aniversario — the pack works equally well as a long-evening pairing or as a vertical of two of the most meaningful commemorative cigars either house has released.
