Tatuaje Surrogates Bone Crusher is a thick-ring full-bodied Robusto with old-school broadleaf attitude — a unique vitola in Pete Johnson’s Surrogates line, where every cigar gets its own dedicated size and blend.

Handcrafted in Nicaragua at the Garcia family’s My Father Cigars factory, this cigar wears a dark, oily Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper — heavily fermented for natural sweetness and depth — over a Nicaraguan binder and aged Nicaraguan long-fillers, a powerful construction designed to deliver maximum flavor through every dense, smoky draw.

The smoking experience opens with rich dark cedar, espresso, and a kick of black pepper, then settles into a layered midsection of cocoa, leather, earth, roasted coffee, and oak — finishing with a distinctive anise warmth, dark chocolate, dried fruit sweetness, and a long, savory tobacco trail. The fatter 55 ring gauge produces voluminous, creamy smoke that coats the palate without ever turning sharp.

This Robusto vitola measures 5 1/4″ (133mm) with a 55 ring gauge, hand-rolled for approximately 70–85 minutes of bold, full-bodied smoking.
