ZATABAK LTD maintains all relevant customer and transaction records securely for a minimum of five (5) years, in accordance with legal obligations.

6. Suspicious Activity Reporting
Suspicious behavior or transactions may be reported to competent authorities or third-party blockchain intelligence firms, when required or appropriate. We will fully cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement investigations.

7. Policy Review and Updates
This policy may be reviewed and updated periodically. All changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
