Vegueros

The Vegueros cigar brand, established in 1997, pays homage to the farmers of the Pinar del Río region in Cuba, where the island’s finest tobacco is grown. Initially produced for local consumption and banquets at the historic Francisco Donatien factory, Vegueros cigars were crafted to reflect the robust and earthy flavors favored by the locals. Relaunched in 2013 with updated branding and new vitolas, Vegueros offers a range of medium to full-strength cigars made entirely by hand from premium Vuelta Abajo tobacco. These cigars, celebrated for their authenticity and traditional taste, continue to honor the hardworking vegueros and their significant contribution to Cuba’s renowned cigar industry.
