We dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days, in case of high demand, your order will be dispatched within 7 days. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping service, ranging from 2–3 days to 3–4 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
We ship worldwide, apart from countries not listed with shipping costs calculated and added at checkout. To ensure timely and efficient delivery, we operate from a warehouse in Switzerland.
All cigars are thoroughly inspected by our specialists before dispatch. Full boxes are carefully packed with bubble wrap and include a Boveda pouch to maintain optimal humidity during transit. Unless otherwise requested, all cigars are shipped in their original boxes with bands on.
Please note that orders may be partially shipped depending on safety, customs, or volume considerations.
We reserves the right to delay the dispatch of a new order if the same customer has a pending delivery from a previous order. In such cases, we may wait until the first order is successfully delivered before shipping any subsequent orders.
If customer request to split a single order into multiple shipments, an additional fee of €25 will be charged for each extra shipment. This fee covers the extra handling and postage required for separate parcels.
