Do you ship your cigars in their original boxes with bands on?
Yes, we ship all cigars in their original boxes with bands on unless otherwise requested. Orders can be partially shipped for various reasons, including safety and volume considerations.
What do I do if the cigars arrived damaged?
If your cigars arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot offer credit or replacement after this period. Goods delivered by mistake or in excess must be returned within 7 days in their original packaging and unit of packaging. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us to receive instructions for the return procedure.
