Tatuaje Reserva J21 is a refined yet powerful Robusto that bridges two worlds within Pete Johnson’s catalog — a Reserva-level blend dressed in the same potent ligero wrapper used on the legendary Cojonu line.

Handcrafted in Miami at El Rey de los Habanos by Don Pepin Garcia, this Nicaraguan puro is dressed in a darker, oilier Nicaraguan Corojo ligero wrapper — a higher priming that brings extra strength and complexity — over a Nicaraguan binder and aged Nicaraguan long-fillers, rolled in classic Cuban tradition with Pete Johnson’s signature triple cap.

The smoking experience opens with bold black pepper, cedar, and rich earth, then evolves into a complex midsection of leather, dark chocolate, espresso, oak, and toasted nuts — finishing with hints of honey, molasses sweetness, dried fruit, and a long, savory tobacco trail. The ligero wrapper amplifies every transition, rewarding patient, deliberate smoking.

This Robusto vitola measures 5″ (127mm) with a 50 ring gauge, hand-rolled in Cuban tradition for approximately 60–80 minutes of full-bodied, complex smoking.
