The highest tier reached by a single piece of content applies. We deliberately do not count views (easily inflated) — likes, saves and comments carry more weight, and L6 also requires shares (hardest to fake). Comments are judged for substance: emoji-only, one-word, or template comments do not count. All cigars are free; you cover a flat €40 shipping fee (worldwide). If a listed cigar is out of stock, ZA may substitute an equivalent-value cigar or issue the equivalent value as a store coupon. Prefer a coupon instead of a cigar? Any tier reward can be taken as a store coupon worth its retail value minus 30%.
A note on TikTok thresholds
On TikTok, likes and low-effort comments are trivial to farm, so TikTok submissions must clear noticeably higher bars — and every TikTok entry gets extra manual review. Only substantive comments from real accounts count.

Content guidelines
Every submission must show the brand written exactly as “ZA Cigars” (capital Z, capital A, space, capital C, lowercase igars) in a visible place. ZACigars, za cigars, and similar variants do not qualify.

FAQ
Can I post the same content on several platforms and claim multiple rewards?
No. The same piece of content — even reposted across platforms — counts once. But genuinely separate, original works (say a video plus a written post) each earn their own tier reward.
Can my video include criticism or negative opinions?
Absolutely. We welcome honest, candid feedback, including constructive criticism. We value your real voice over uniform praise.
Why are TikTok thresholds higher?
On TikTok, likes and empty/one-word comments are very easy to farm, so we set higher bars there and manually review every TikTok entry. Only substantive comments from real accounts count.
I’m an existing customer but haven’t ordered recently. Can I join?
Yes. Any registered zacigars.com customer of legal smoking age can take part, regardless of recent orders.
Can I take a coupon instead of the physical cigars?
Yes. Any tier reward can be taken as a store coupon worth its retail value minus 30%. Just tell us when you submit your proof and we’ll confirm the amount.
What does Ambassador status include?
L5 grants 7% off for 12 months; L6 grants 10% off for 12 months — on every product on zacigars.com, stackable with any active sale, applied automatically once activated.
