Plasencia Reserva Original Cortez is part of the world’s first and only cigar line made entirely from 100% certified organic tobacco — grown on the same Nicaraguan fields the Plasencia family has cultivated for five generations, without chemicals or fertilizers, and certified annually by the Organic Crop Improvement Association. The Cortez is the widest and most expressive vitola in the line — a shapely perfecto rolled by only the most skilled hands at the Plasencia factory, with a tapered shape that lets the organic blend unfold across a long, unhurried session.

Expect a medium-bodied profile with cedar, almond, and sweet cream at the core, joined by white pepper, cereal, orange peel, honey, and gentle baking spices, all resolving into a long, remarkably clean finish with a soft cinnamon note.

This Perfecto measures 146mm with a 56 ring gauge, hand-rolled in Nicaragua as a true puro with a Nicaraguan Habano wrapper and Nicaraguan binder and long-fillers drawn from Estelí and Jalapa — every leaf certified organic and drawn from the Plasencia family’s own farms, with each tobacco aged a further five years after curing and fermentation.
