Rafael González Perlas is a gentle and approachable Cuban cigar, appreciated for its smoothness, subtle aroma, and refined simplicity. As part of the classic Rafael González portfolio, it is ideal for those who enjoy light Cuban cigars with elegance rather than strength, making it a popular choice for beginners and seasoned smokers alike.
Expect a light-to-medium flavour profile with notes of creamy cedar, soft sweetness, toasted nuts, light floral hints, and gentle earthiness. Smooth and delicate throughout, it delivers a relaxed and consistent smoking experience without overwhelming the palate.
Our suggestion for cigars of similar strength:
This classic Perlas vitola measures 102mm with a 40 ring gauge, hand-rolled using premium Cuban long-filler tobaccos from the renowned Vuelta Abajo region, offering a short, elegant, and aromatic smoke.
Ideal with a morning cappuccino, light tea, or champagne — also pairs beautifully with sparkling mineral water or lightly roasted coffee to highlight its smooth, understated Cuban character.
