Tatuaje 7th Corojo (21) is a bold Nicaraguan Corona Gorda from Tatuaje’s celebrated 7th series — a focused, Cuban-inspired expression that highlights the spice, structure, and aromatic depth of Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper tobacco.
Handcrafted in Nicaragua at the My Father Cigars factory, this cigar features a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper grown by the García family over Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. The result is a medium-to-full bodied smoke with excellent construction, classic Tatuaje intensity, and a rich profile built around spice, wood, earth, and natural tobacco sweetness.
The smoking experience opens with cedar, black pepper, roasted coffee, and leather, gradually developing into notes of earth, cocoa, toasted nuts, oak, sweet spice, and subtle dried fruit. As the Corona Gorda format progresses, the slimmer ring gauge gives the blend focus and precision, finishing with a polished combination of woody spice, coffee depth, leather richness, and lingering Nicaraguan warmth.
This 7th Corona Gorda measures 5 5/8” (143mm) with a 46 ring gauge, offering approximately 55–70 minutes of medium-to-full bodied smoking.
Our suggestion for cigars of similar strength:
- Davidoff Nicaragua Robusto Tubos
- Plasencia Alma Fuerte Robustus II
Davidoff Nicaragua Robusto Tubos appears in your website search results, and Plasencia Alma Fuerte Robustus II matches the richer Nicaraguan profile direction of the Tatuaje 7th Corojo.
Ideal with aged rum, espresso, smooth bourbon, or dark roast coffee — pairings that complement its Corojo spice, cedar structure, and leather-rich finish without overpowering the profile.
