Surrogates is Pete Johnson’s more experimental sub-brand, released under L’Atelier and hand-rolled at My Father in Estelí. Each release is its own project — no house wrapper, no house blend — built around whatever leaf and shape happens to fit the concept. Consistently full-flavoured, always small-batch, always worth watching for.
