A curated pair that puts two very different sides of the modern premium cigar world side by side in the same generous format — Fuente’s mild-to-medium Dominican Toro Gordo built around an 8- to 10-year-aged Ecuadorian Rosado wrapper, alongside Pete Johnson’s medium-to-full Nicaraguan puro built around a Sun Grown Criollo leaf. Same Toro-sized runway, two completely different stories.

The pack contains five Arturo Fuente Rosado Magnum R54, a mild-to-medium Toro Gordo built on Carlito Fuente’s vision of a return to pre-full-bodied elegance — an 8- to 10-year-aged Ecuadorian Sumatra Rosado Sungrown wrapper over Dominican binder and long-fillers, each cigar rested a further year before release, delivering cedar, dried fruit, honey, roasted nuts and a long, elegantly refined finish. Alongside them, five Tatuaje Black Gran Toro, a medium-to-full Nicaraguan puro from Pete Johnson’s original private blend, rolled at the García family’s My Father Cigars factory in Estelí — a Nicaraguan Sun Grown Criollo wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and long-fillers, delivering cinnamon, oak, espresso, pepper, leather and a faint natural sweetness across a long, muscular finish.

Presented as a curated pack of 10 cigars — 5 Rosado Magnum R54 and 5 Black Gran Toro.

Ideal with a champagne or an aged rum for the Rosado, and a bourbon or a peated single malt for the Black Gran Toro — the pack works equally well as a long-evening pairing or as a proper intensity vertical from mild-to-medium to medium-to-full in the same Toro format.
