Tatuaje Noellas is the elegant Corona from Pete Johnson’s Brown Label Selección de Cazador line — the classic Cuban Marevas format that captures the essence of old-Havana cigar-making in a slim, refined silhouette.
Handcrafted in Miami at the El Rey de los Habanos factory by Don Pepin Garcia, this cigar is dressed in an oily, mahogany-hued Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and aged Nicaraguan long-fillers — rolled in classic Cuban tradition with the brand’s signature triple cap, in the size and style that defined the great Habanos of the early 20th century.
The smoking experience opens with cocoa, cedar, and a kiss of red pepper, then settles into a refined midsection of mocha, espresso, cinnamon, toasted nuts, and earth — finishing with hints of dark chocolate, baking spice, leather, and a long, smoky tobacco trail. The smaller ring gauge concentrates the wrapper’s influence beautifully, giving the smoke a focused, elegant character.
This Corona vitola measures 5 1/8″ (130mm) with a 42 ring gauge, hand-rolled in Cuban tradition for approximately 45–60 minutes of medium-to-full smoking.
Our suggestion for cigars of similar strength:
Ideal with a cortado, single-malt Highland Scotch, Vintage Tawny port, or a glass of Champagne — pairings that frame the cigar’s elegant cedar-and-cocoa profile and honor its old-world Cuban character without overshadowing the Corona’s refined balance.
